Freediving Level 1 course
* In this course you will have the knowledge and skills that allows you to complete the program in a proper way and get the Freediving international license that allows you to Freedive in more than 100 countries around the world.
Duration of the course:
3 to 4 days flexible as organized
- 1-2 d me bubtoxmtpay Theory class up to 4 hr per day.
- 1 day on pool for skills. ( 2 sessions )
- 1 day at the beach ( 2 sessions )
Theory class:
- Introduction about Freediving.
- Knowledge about how to use the proper equipment for Freediving and the difference between scuba gear and freediving gear.
- Physiology of Freediving.
- Understand the proper technique for breathing to improve it for freediving and your life in general.

Pool sessions :
- Body and lung Streching before the session.
- Knowing the proper skills in pool to prepare you for the open sea.
- Complete the basic requirements at pool.
Open Sea:
- Briefing before going to the sea.
- Perform the skills and technique.
- Use the proper technique for breathing before decent.
- Complete the basic requirements skills at sea.
After completing the McQ you will officially become a Freediver Level 1 and get the SSI certification.
Requirements for the course:
- know how to swim ( no need to be a professional swimmer ).
- Provide the full gear of Freediving. ( you will know how to buy the proper equipment at the theory class ) .
- If you can’t have the full equipment, you can rent any of them at our center.
